Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Expedited Processing: If available, orders can be processed faster for an additional fee.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard Shipping: ₹150, 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: ₹199, 2-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1499, 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination, 10-15 business days.
- Express International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout, 5-10 business days.
Shipping Methods

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have restrictions due to regional laws and regulations.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missing or Lost Packages
In the rare event that a package is lost or not delivered:

- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated on the status.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
- Returns: Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returning products.
- Order Changes and Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed, and changes may not be possible.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing times. We will communicate any known delays to you as soon as possible.
