1. Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged, leaked, spoiled, or incorrect item, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos or a short video as proof.
After verification, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.
2. Package Not Delivered
If the courier fails to deliver your package, you will receive a full refund.
3. Quality Issues
If you believe the product has a quality issue, contact us within 24–48 hours.
We will verify and issue a refund/replacement accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items
Since we deal in food products, the following items are not eligible for refund or return (except if damaged on arrival):
Opened or used items
Perishable food products that have been tampered with
Items without original packaging

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened (unless defective).
